Best way to prepare for Exams
Best way to prepare for Exams
Parents often ask how do I help my child score
in exams? Especially when exams are around the corner, parents get even more
worried and start panicking sometimes even more than the child itself.
More often than not the best way to prepare a
child for exams is to start early. How early is early? As early as before the
actual school terms begin. The challenge with most of parents and students is
that when the exams are over, they tend to totally relax and let go of all the
studying responsibilities. It is perfectly alright to take a break, however,
there must be a clear line to distinguish when the break is over and when to
start pressing on the accelerator again and start the engine rolling , by this
it means to get started for next year.
November and December school holidays are the
best time to get started again. After taking the much deserved break, parents
should start scheduling a new time table for their kids to start reviewing next
year’s topics. Subjects like Science is one subject that can get an early
headstart.
Writing skills can be enhance, comprehension
skills can also be improved by taking up short courses during the holidays to
upgrade the child’s writing and reading skills.
